Adoption of Highly Selective Coating
Our products adopt highly selective coating introduced from Germany. This new blue coating is based on Titanium and Quartz which are much more efficient than traditional electroplating black chrome and black nickel coating, it also stands for the innovation of coating in solar industrial.
It is coated onto metal tapes continuously with special developed physical vacuum deal(PVD). By means of an electronic beam evaporator, titanium is evaporated under vacuum and condenses onto the metal tape while reacting with nitrogen and oxygen to titanium-oxy-nitride.
Additionally quartz is evaporated to forming a second anti reflex-and protection layer.
Adoption of optimized technology for professional quality
The efficiency of each solar system depending on the capability of its heat transferring rate. It would be basic and easy to reach a high absorptivity of solar enengy, the most challenging should be how to keep solar energy into the metal. This coating does not only have a high absorptivity but also low emissivity which can reduce reflection as well as keep the heat.
