U Pipe Solar Collector

U pipe is formed by a straight copper pipe bent into U shape at a certain position. And one end is higher than another end.
U shape pipe line is composed of 2 two pieces transverse parallel water pipes and many vertical equidistance parallel U shape pipes.
U shape pipe solar collector is composed of U shape water pipe line, humid protection layer, vacuum tube and the frame. It consists of the vacuum solar collection tube, U shape metal tube and the sheet metal. The U shape metal tube is put into the vacuum solar collection tube and the top end of the U shape metal tube extends out of the collection tube nozzle. The sheet metal is put in the vacuum solar collection tube and is fixed with one vertical metal tube. Because of this, it will have the temperature of the water in the vertical tubes at this side higher than that at the other side and it will automatically generate the flow power between the cold water and the hot water. It makes the collector excellence of good water cycle, high heat exchange efficiency, no bursting and no water leakage. At the same time, because of the simple structure of the U shape metal tube, it’s cost is much lower than the heat tube. So it is a cheap product with high quality. It could be united with the water tank together to be a integerated type solar water heater. And it also could be apart from the water tank to form the separate type solar water heater.

The collection tube of the U shape tube solar collector is composed of the vacuum solar collection tubes, heat transferring aluminum vane and the U shape copper tubes. There is the heat transferring medium in the copper tube. It absorbs heat from the vane directly to cycle the heat transferring. Same as the dry evaporating solar collector, even there is the bursting of the tube, but it still could be used because there is no water in the vacuum tube.
U shape tube solar collector is composed of the full glass vacuum solar collection tube, U shape copper tubes, aluminum vane and the bracket. The solar collector is apart from the water tank and the solar radiant energy will be translated into heat energy by the heat transferring medium in the U shape copper tubes and be transferred to the water tank by the heat exchanger. Parallel connection or series-wound connection may be applied to form the solar collection system with? different daylighting area.? To work with other general energy, it can make the water heating system work all the day. Even there is no water in the vacuum tube, if there is the bursting of the tube, the solar collection system still will work as usual. The heat transferring medium could be antifreeze. It could work in very cold area in different seasons. The solar collection tubes could be installed in series or in parallel connection. The working pressure of the system is up to 6kg f/㎡. There is no direction limitation for arranging the tubes. It is easy to install and maintain. If fixed with controller, auto running of the system could be carried out.
The principle of the solar collection:
The vacuum tubes absorb the solar energy and the heat energy is transferred to the U shape tubes by the aluminum vane. The water goes into the inlet water pipe by the circulating pump and then goes into the outlet water pipe through the U shape tubes. During this process, the water take the heat energy from the solar collector and store in the water tank..
Advantage:

　 6. Circulating pump is applied to force liquid to transfer heat and the efficiency is higher.
